Leaders Toolkit:

  • WHAT were the key DRIVERS that made me create this tool? This toolkit emerges from my personal drive to understand what do world leaders do that makes them stay on top of their to do…at all times!
  • HOW did I come up with the IDEA? The idea was to use the learning from over 10 years of reading books on leadership to come up with a one stop shop for managing everything that ‘matters’. Besides, I gathered thoughts and tools from what role model leaders do on the ground. This toolkit is primarily a result of learning’s from Ram Charan, Stephen Covey, John Maxwell, Michael Hyatt and Robin Sharma.
  • WHAT does the final IMPLEMENTATION look like? With the information overload that’s common across the board, it is difficult to manage / organize information. This tool lets you:
  1. Capture and organize information ‘that matters’:
  2. Define its ‘LEAD’ and ‘LAG’ measures
  3. Organize to do’s in terms of the (Urgency/ Importance) Quadrant and Effort it entails. That is, lets one Benefit from ‘easy wins’
  4. Decide whether it is a ‘day job’ or a passionate goal. Remember – no one ever became successful doing only their day job!
  5. Serves as a one stop shop for PERSONAL as well as professional goals. Let’s one focus on what matters today!
